This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of delivery from inception to execution: Transform product vision into actionable tasks, overseeing daily operations, sprint planning, backlog management, and readiness for launch.
• Convert strategy into tangible products: Collaborate closely with the US-based Product Manager to decompose priorities into deliverable increments that facilitate significant progress towards launch.
• Prioritize effectively: Make decisive choices regarding what is most important, balancing customer value, business impact, speed, scope, and associated risks.
• Focus on outcomes rather than mere output: Ensure the team is dedicated to delivering features that enhance acquisition, conversion, engagement, and business results, rather than just completing tasks.
• Keep the team agile: Eliminate obstacles, clarify requirements, and sustain momentum in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
• Embrace iterative work: Deliver in small increments, quickly gather feedback, and continuously adapt based on actual usage.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Design: Coordinate on scope, trade-offs, and sequencing to balance speed, quality, impact, and launch objectives.
• Adopt an AI-first approach: Leverage AI tools to enhance overall team efficiency, expedite backlog creation and refinement, and simplify documentation.
• Maintain clarity amid uncertainty: Provide structure to shifting priorities, ensuring the team understands what is most critical and why, as well as what can be deferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in a comparable role.
• Extensive experience with B2B2C or B2C products.
• Background in developing 0→1 or rebuilding products in environments characterized by high ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Strong skills in backlog management and prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery and make informed trade-off decisions within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in translating high-level product directives into clear, actionable requirements.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, and Product stakeholders.
• Effective communicator capable of aligning teams and articulating trade-offs clearly.
• Comfortable working in a distributed team setting.
