Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to establish product requirements.

• Break down complex issues into actionable epics and user stories.

• Manage the backlog effectively to maximize business impact.

• Develop, document, and present product concepts to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Define and prioritize Epics and User Stories, ensuring the team maintains a clear and organized backlog.

• Establish the Definition of Done (DoD) and Acceptance Criteria; create high-level Epic designs for further development by Business Analysts.

• Review and approve Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and technical documentation (Manuals, Release Notes) to ensure compliance with product standards.

• Lead and engage in product research activities, including Customer Development, A/B testing, data analysis, and conceptual validation.

• Serve as the primary liaison for business requirements, managing expectations and facilitating feedback loops.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles within a software development context.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the capability to oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate a vision to both technical teams and business leaders.

• A proactive 'can-do' attitude, taking full ownership of the product's success and ensuring team alignment.

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with player retention tools, loyalty programs, and gamification mechanics specific to the gambling sector is advantageous.

• Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for monitoring product metrics and player lifetime value (LTV) is preferable.
