This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Articulate and convey the product vision for automation solutions, digital assistants, and AI agents.

• Oversee and prioritize the Product Backlog, concentrating on AI features, RPA, integrations, models, and pipelines.

• Convert business requirements into User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Lead sessions for grooming, refinement, and planning with development teams, RPA architects, and AI experts.

• Ensure a clear connection between requirements, deliverables, and business-impact KPIs.

• Utilize product metrics, analytics, and user behavior to make informed decisions.

• Collaborate with departments such as Security, Data, and Legal to guarantee regulatory compliance and ethical AI practices.

• Manage dependencies, risks, and the overall product roadmap.

• Demonstrate functional prototypes to stakeholders, confirming increments and priorities.

• Promote alignment among cross-functional teams: developers, data scientists, ML engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.

• 2–4 years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar positions (BA, PM, Delivery).

• Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and Scrum/Kanban frameworks.

• Proven experience in managing products related to: Automation (RPA, BPA, integrations).

• Familiarity with AI agents, Generative AI, NLP, and model serving.

• Functional understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• General knowledge of MLOps, data pipelines, and model evaluation is a plus.

• Proficiency in functional analysis and process modeling (BPMN is advantageous).
