Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, arrange, and prioritize the backlog for technical teams.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to refine requirements.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and precise, measurable functional requirements.

• Ensure that backlog priorities align with the strategic goals of the company.

• Identify, map, and monitor dependencies between teams and other relevant areas.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as refinement sessions, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Track delivery progress and take action to mitigate risks that may affect deadlines or quality.

• Assist technical teams in overcoming obstacles related to the responsibilities under your management.

• Ensure thorough documentation of initiatives and features developed.

• Convert regulatory and operational requirements into actionable user stories and technical tasks.

• Assist in audit processes concerning the products and systems for which you are accountable.

• Ensure that regulatory requirements are adequately addressed throughout the development lifecycle.

• Maintain the documentation and records necessary for compliance and governance processes.

• Serve as the main point of contact between business areas, technology, and other stakeholders.

• Align expectations, priorities, and timelines for various initiatives.

• Clearly convey delivery status, risks, and identified dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner within technical teams.

• Familiarity with back-office systems, operational platforms, or intricate digital products.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Proven experience in backlog management and prioritization.

• Capability to create user stories and establish acceptance criteria.

• Proficient in interpreting technical documentation and collaborating with development teams.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands.
