This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation, electronic fiscal documents, and accessory obligations of the SPED;
• Translate tax legislation and fiscal rules into clear requirements for the development team;
• Define and enhance the tax functionalities of the Nomus ERP Industrial;
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact, regulatory urgency, and company strategy;
• Specify functionalities, business rules, and acceptance criteria;
• Oversee the development of solutions ensuring alignment with defined requirements;
• Engage with clients, implementation teams, and support to understand real issues and opportunities for improvement;
• Anticipate legal changes and ensure the system is prepared to meet new requirements;
• Collaborate with technology, support, and implementation teams to ensure successful deliveries;
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the product with a focus on usability, scalability, and fiscal security.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Law, or related fields;
• Relevant professional experience in the Fiscal area;
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation, electronic fiscal documents, and accessory obligations of the SPED;
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in a home-office setup with flexible hours;
• A passion for tax legislation, technology, and software development;
• A dream to transform the management of small and medium-sized Brazilian industries;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills to translate complex topics into simple solutions;
• Initiative, a sense of ownership, and commitment to results;
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar roles;
• Experience with ERP systems;
