Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the backlog for your area, ensuring an emphasis on user value, business impact, and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Propel aggressive descoping efforts to guarantee the delivery of small yet valuable increments.

• Collaborate with international stakeholders to secure clear agreement on priorities.

• Convert fragmented feedback into well-defined backlog items that effectively guide the engineering team.

• Own and articulate the product vision and roadmap.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously adjust priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager, preferably in a consumer-facing mobile application.

• Proven ability in prioritization and descoping within complex (SaaS) settings.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, particularly with international and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and maintain transparency in trade-offs.

• Adequate technical knowledge of mobile applications, APIs/SDKs, and device connectivity (Bluetooth/BLE).

• Comfortable navigating a regulated, legacy-heavy environment characterized by ambiguity and complexity.

• Proficient in English.
