This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the technological transformation of our organization, transitioning from the current custom CRM to scalable modern enterprise platforms.

• Act as the ongoing authority on technical products, ensuring continuous assessment and integration of technology.

• Establish the product vision, manage requirements, and function as the main technical liaison to external development vendors.

• Oversee the assessment and selection of new enterprise software platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements.

• Define the technical architecture and integration strategy for new platforms in collaboration with external teams.

• Convert organizational needs into a phased implementation roadmap with defined milestones.

• Maintain a continuous technology roadmap and evaluate emerging tools for effective system operations.

• Advocate for the adoption strategy and collaborate with the Senior Technology & Operations Lead on its implementation.

• Create detailed technical documentation for the development team, including functional specifications.

• Drive accountability for delivery, set expectations, and assess estimates.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or technology program leadership position is essential.

• Proven experience in leading evaluations and implementations of enterprise software, including transitions of CRM or ERP platforms.

• A solid track record of managing external development vendors or technology partners, with direct responsibility for technical delivery.

• Extensive experience with enterprise-level software in complex, multi-system environments.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration with iterative development teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise software architecture and integration patterns.

• Capable of critically evaluating technical specifications, vendor proposals, and development estimates.

• Proficient in authoring functional requirements and technical specifications that connect business needs with developer execution.

• Experience with project management and product tools (Jira or similar).

• Strong analytical skills, able to quickly analyze a system, identify gaps, and suggest practical solutions.

• AWS experience is preferred.
