• Define the vision, objectives, and strategy of the product, ensuring alignment with the bank's goals.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle: from ideation and definition to production deployment.
• Prioritize the backlog, assess dependencies, and ensure deliveries that provide tangible value to the business.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, development, architecture, operations, and business).
• Guide the execution of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and high uncertainty.
• Translate business needs into concrete and measurable initiatives.
• Monitor progress, resolve blockages, and ensure compliance with project milestones.
• Serve as the connection point between business areas, technology, and customer experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management or digital projects within banking or fintech.
• Proven experience in credit and/or debit card projects, ideally in banking environments.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to navigate contexts with high ambiguity and multiple parallel teams.
• Skill in coordinating design, development, and implementation of end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• CSM or CSPO certifications are desirable.
