Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Defining the vision, objectives, and strategy of the product, ensuring alignment with the bank's goals.

• Managing the complete product lifecycle: from ideation and definition to production launch.

• Prioritizing the backlog, assessing dependencies, and ensuring deliveries that create tangible value for the business.

• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (design, development, architecture, operations, and business).

• Guiding the execution of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and high uncertainty.

• Fostering a culture of collaboration, results focus, and continuous improvement.

• Translating business needs into concrete and measurable initiatives.

• Monitoring progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring compliance with project milestones.

• Acting as a connection point between business areas, technology, and customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or digital project management in banking or fintech.

• Proven experience in credit and/or debit card projects, ideally within banking environments.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).

• Ability to navigate contexts with high ambiguity and multiple parallel teams.

• Skill in coordinating design, development, and implementation of end-to-end solutions.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• CSM or CSPO certifications are desirable.
