Product Owner

📋 Description

• Articulate and communicate a definitive product vision that aligns with organizational objectives, patient requirements, and commercial priorities.

• Create and sustain a strategic roadmap throughout the patient journey, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term value.

• Identify areas for enhancing patient experience, operational effectiveness, revenue generation, and overall business performance.

• Employ compelling storytelling and communication skills to convey priorities, trade-offs, and strategies to stakeholders.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring emphasis on the highest-value outcomes and measurable advantages.

• Lead agile delivery initiatives, converting business requirements into precise user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Utilize data, insights, KPIs, and performance indicators to guide prioritization, decision-making, and ongoing improvements.

• Examine trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate evidence-based product development and optimization.

• Foster trusted relationships across clinical, operational, commercial, and technical teams, serving as a conduit between business and delivery functions.

• Leverage strong commercial insight to ensure product decisions contribute to revenue growth, efficiency, scalability, and organizational sustainability.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in complex, fast-paced environments, consistently achieving measurable business outcomes.

• Strong commercial insight, with the capability to align product decisions with broader business objectives and performance metrics.

• Highly data-oriented, comfortable utilizing metrics, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making processes.

• Demonstrated capability to effectively manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder demands.

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries.
