This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You align with the product strategy, derive clear goals and problem areas from it, and ensure transparency and alignment within the team.

• You engage in ongoing Product Discovery (research, hypotheses, experiments), prioritize based on customer value, business value, and risk, and make informed decisions.

• You proactively and systematically gather requirements, maintain a value-focused backlog, and plan iterative releases in collaboration with engineering, design, and stakeholders.

• You continuously evaluate the team's processes and actively implement improvements.

• You facilitate discussions around problem areas rather than solution requests, manage expectations, and make strategy, progress, and risks clear and traceable.

• You set KPI targets, ensure impact assessment, and are accountable for the success of your initiatives, including reviews and adjustments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a strong focus on discovery, processes, structure, prioritization, and agile methodologies.

• Exceptional structuring and analytical abilities, with a talent for producing high-quality requirements (e.g., PRDs, user stories, process documentation, success metrics).

• Strong technical understanding of complex system logic, APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies.

• Capability to articulate complex subjects clearly, advocate priorities decisively, and facilitate discussions constructively.

• You actively incorporate AI into your work and are eager to learn new tools and methodologies.

• Ability to independently develop and enhance small tools and prototypes.

• A curious mindset with a broad interest in new approaches, methods, and technologies.

• Data-driven with a strong sense of ownership over results; capable of working independently and transparently.

• Proficient in both German and English (at least C1 level).
