This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the HomeFront product suite from start to finish, including roadmap execution, backlog prioritization, and release planning.

• Enhance customer acquisition by ensuring the product provides significant value to small and mid-sized builders.

• Lead a team of 5 (1 BA/Scrum Master, 1 QA Engineer, 1 Senior Developer, and 3 Junior Developers), with anticipated growth in team size.

• Act as the main advocate for the customer by collecting feedback, identifying pain points, and converting them into actionable product enhancements.

• Sustain and upgrade the legacy application while the new platform is under development.

• Create and implement a roadmap of initiatives linked to measurable KPIs.

• Engage directly with customers to deepen understanding of builder workflows, business process requirements, and utilization needs.

• Collaborate with the Director of Product on strategic initiatives while managing tactical execution.

• Spearhead the planning of product release schedules and set expectations for new functionality deliveries.

• Play an active role in addressing obstacles that hinder the successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

• Take charge of resolving issues and concerns within the team, department, and with customers.

• Identify and prioritize AI-driven features that streamline builder workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments.

• Strong business insight and comprehension of business operations.

• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, accounting software, and their integration with operational platforms.

• Familiarity with business process workflows from transaction initiation through its evolution and flow within a system.

• Experience in a customer-facing position, comfortable leading discussions with builders and translating their needs into product strategies.

• Proven experience managing or closely collaborating with small Agile development teams.

• Ability to assess business challenges, devise practical solutions, and effectively communicate requirements to the Scrum team.

• Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate opportunities for determining product development and delivery to customers.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile processes and principles.

• Experience in driving user adoption and growth metrics (DAU/MAU).

• An AI-first mindset, actively employing AI tools to enhance productivity for all team members.

• Demonstrated capability to identify where AI can address real user challenges and translate that into shipped product features.
