This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates with Product Managers to ensure that backlog priorities align with the overall product strategy, market demands, and customer insights.
• Works alongside the Product Manager to balance the development of new features, address technical debt, and implement customer-driven enhancements for each release.
• Provides Product Managers with constant updates regarding team capacity, sprint progress, and any emerging issues that could affect the roadmap.
• Advocates for our customers’ needs and challenges.
• Identify the most significant customer requirements by fostering relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a prioritization framework to guarantee that we are creating and launching the most impactful product.
• Create product documentation and ensure that the development team has well-defined objectives.
• Assess incoming support tickets and establish bug resolution processes, collaborating with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver essential functionalities to clients.
• Utilize a strategic blend of research, data, and product intuition to make prompt decisions.
• Promote the integration of AI-driven design principles throughout the product suite, ensuring that AI-focused workflows are presented through intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to confirm that features enhance task efficiency without causing user confusion or over-dependence.
• Ensure that product features and data handling practices conform to relevant healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and applicable state regulations, in close collaboration with Legal, Security, and Engineering.
• Assist in the creation of self-service onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and product-led growth (PLG) strategies that minimize time-to-value and reduce implementation burdens for enterprise customers.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in a product or business analytics position.
• Experience in product management or ownership within scaling B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong foundation in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to team members and executives in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
• A natural, profound curiosity that fuels investigation and in-depth analysis, alongside a passion for engaging with end users to thoroughly understand customer needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—adaptability in situations where processes are not yet established, and a willingness to create processes when necessary.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving timelines and objectives.
