This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure that the product vision, business strategy, and customer needs are in sync.

• Transform program backlog items into clear and actionable user stories for Agile teams.

• Manage and take ownership of the team backlog, ensuring appropriate prioritization, refinement, and alignment with delivery schedules.

• Work closely with Agile teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood and accurately implemented.

• Establish and maintain clear acceptance criteria and assist with acceptance testing activities.

• Aid in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Program Increment (PI) planning tasks.

• Serve as a key liaison between Product Management, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Agile delivery teams.

• Gather and integrate continuous feedback from stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

• Identify and manage dependencies across teams, collaborating with Engineering, Architects, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and other Product Owners.

• Assist Agile teams with clarifying, prioritizing, and sequencing their work.

• Drive value delivery by ensuring continuous progress and high-quality output from the team.

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos.

• Monitor delivery risks and communicate any issues or deviations to stakeholders.

• Support release planning and coordination to guarantee timely and high-quality product delivery.

• Contribute to enhancing processes, tools, and alignment throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.

• Advocate for consistent usage of Clario systems, tools, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in Agile product or requirements delivery within a technological environment.

• Demonstrated experience in backlog management, user story development, and requirements elicitation.

• Strong comprehension of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and delivery frameworks.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), User Experience (UX), and Product Management.

• Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira or similar platforms).

• Ability to convert complex business needs into straightforward technical requirements.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., clinical, medical, or GxP) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and quality standards is beneficial.

• Experience with medical devices, data systems, or regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE, GCP) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work effectively within global, distributed teams.

• Proficient in English.
