Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Work closely with agile development teams in the role of Product Owner.

• Ensure that teams focus on the right tasks to provide customers with the highest quality products.

• Create user stories and specifications for new features.

• Utilize AI tools in product workflows to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Participate in Standups with agile teams and produce release documentation.

• Set release and sprint objectives for development team(s).

• Handle and resolve customer product escalations.

• Make certain that the development team recognizes the significance of their contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in product management.

• Familiarity with Bullhorn products.

• Experience in onboarding software.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions related to front-end behavior, back-end logic, and data structures (bonus points for prior experience in Development or QA!).

• Proficient in Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of AI tools within product processes (additional relevant experience is a plus).

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (extra bonus points for an MBA!).

• Experience in the staffing and recruiting sector.
