This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of roadmap initiatives from initial definition to final delivery, encompassing enhancements, defects, and enablement, while ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.
• Develop epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that effectively capture user requirements, business value, assumptions, and scope.
• Prioritize the backlog to optimize business value while balancing roadmap objectives, client commitments, technical limitations, and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate solution strategies into clear priorities and actionable delivery plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and customer-facing teams to minimize ambiguity, manage dependencies, and eliminate obstacles.
• Lead refinement sessions to ensure that Engineering comprehends the scope, intent, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with validation, defect triage, and release readiness to ensure quality delivery and a seamless transition into production and support.
• Collect user feedback and usage insights to guide prioritization and enhance adoption.
• Conduct workshops, current-state analyses, and workflow mappings to identify pain points and validate opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design, Architecture, and Engineering to validate workflows, prototypes, and future-state solutions before development commences.
• When customers finance roadmap tasks to expedite priorities, work with customers, Solutions Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Product Management to clarify requirements, align acceptance criteria, and support execution.
• Monitor product performance across adoption, stability, support trends, and overall business impact.
• 4-5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related role supporting software delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and backlog-driven delivery methodologies.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex, data-driven platforms and integrations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in engaging enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to balance roadmap delivery, support needs, operational tasks, and new opportunities.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, story-writing, and acceptance criteria development with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and providing clarity for teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to utilize examples, process flows, or prototypes to clarify logic and foster shared understanding.
• Curious, collaborative, and outcome-driven mindset.
