Product Owner – AI & Sales Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle from concept to prototype to production, utilizing AI tools to expedite each phase.

• Convert business challenges into prototypes that deliver value to business users through AI-enhanced development tools, including coding agents and no-code/low-code platforms.

• Quickly test concepts with customers using functional MVPs and prototypes, rather than relying solely on specifications and mock-ups.

• Consistently refine using actual usage data, feedback loops, and AI-driven insights.

• Utilize AI tools to create and enhance requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, UI/UX designs, and workflows.

• When applicable, directly contribute to implementation through AI coding agents and serve as a force multiplier for engineering teams, minimizing dependence on traditional handoffs.

• Integrate AI agents developed on Creatio No-Code AI Studio into the product itself.

• Cultivate a strong understanding of Sales processes, pipeline dynamics, and revenue operations.

• Interact directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to pinpoint high-impact use cases.

• Maintain a strong awareness of leading CRMs and Sales/Marketing automation platforms.

• Transform market signals into distinctive product strategies, including in-depth collaboration with leading analysts from Gartner and Forrester.

• Develop a product vision in the context of AI-native CRM, spotting opportunities for autonomous workflows, AI Sales Agents, and next-generation AI-native SFA applications.

• Balance immediate delivery with long-term platform strategy.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Partners to achieve results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS environment.

• In-depth knowledge of B2B Sales, CRM systems, and revenue processes.

• Experience with Sales or Marketing automation platforms, including CRM, sales engagement, forecasting, or similar systems.

• Demonstrated ability to drive products from concept to measurable business impact.

• Practical experience using AI tools for prototyping, including no-code/low-code platforms and AI builders.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or agents.

• Familiarity with LLMs for requirements gathering, analysis, and workflows.

• Capability to independently create functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts.

• Knowledge of how to integrate AI into product experiences.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities.

• Ability to function at both strategic and execution levels.

• Experience in participating in architecture and system design discussions.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies.

• A mindset of extreme curiosity and continuous learning.

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive attitude.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
