Product Owner, AI Agents, Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process for our AI platform and user experiences.

• Collaborate with engineers to create prompt strategies and assessment frameworks.

• Act as the technical liaison between the engineering team and the wider organization.

• Promote continuous enhancements in answer quality and automation levels.

• Collaborate with partners to assess and implement next-generation voice models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical position.

• Knowledge of AI systems, including contemporary LLMs.

• Proven ability to convert complex concepts into scalable products.

• Proficiency in API design and system architecture.

• Strong SQL skills.
