📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process for our AI platform and customer experiences, starting from the initial roadmap to implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers to formulate prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails—striking a balance between latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Act as the technical liaison between engineering and the wider organization, setting AI best practices and platform standards.

• Foster systematic enhancements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through thorough experimentation.

• Partner with OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a similar position in a fast-paced startup.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs, among others.

• Proven ability to transform complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable analyzing data to answer questions and validate hypotheses.

• Capable of navigating technical trade-offs and leading by example in the implementation of AI platform standards.
