Product Owner – Agile, Contract-to-Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the delivery of products, which encompasses ongoing enhancements and significant new features.

• Collaborates with sponsors, business leaders, and end users to convert high-level product vision and business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Takes ownership of and refines the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

• Communicates priorities, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders effectively.

• Evaluates and decides on completed stories based on acceptance criteria and quality standards.

• Actively engages in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing necessary clarifications and making decisions on deliverables.

• Concentrates on delivering incremental value through frequent releases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Makes daily decisions regarding feature scope, priorities, and trade-offs throughout the development cycle.

• Coordinates with training and business leaders to ensure successful rollouts and user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile settings.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, UX, and DevOps.

• Product Owner Certification; SAFe Product Owner Certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with PDLC, Out Systems, and MS 365 (including MS Dynamics and Copilot).

• Experience with ServiceNow.

• Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops.
