This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You will take charge of a prioritized improvement backlog aimed at streamlining operational and customer-facing processes to be simpler, quicker, and more reliable.
• Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization, delivery teams, solution architects, and IT analysts, you will structure demand, guide trade-offs, and ensure work remains focused on desired outcomes.
• Manage the improvement backlog: oversee intake, shape demand, prioritize tasks, and ensure clear visibility of the roadmap.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders: collaborate with Analysts to understand business operations, identify root causes, and define actionable outcomes.
• Convert requirements into epics/features/user stories complete with clear acceptance criteria and measurable success indicators.
• Coordinate delivery within an agile framework, managing dependencies and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop solutions that are practical, maintainable, and scalable.
• Promote adoption through effective communication, readiness planning, feedback mechanisms, and ongoing improvement.
• Monitor outcomes and benefits with Business Stakeholders (what improved, how we measure it, and what steps to take next).
• Strong understanding of how commercial and operational processes function end-to-end (order, fulfillment, inventory, customer service, planning, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise systems like ERP and/or CRM, along with the confidence to work with data, workflows, and process design.
• Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., workflow automation, RPA, low-code, or similar) and their role in driving real operational change.
• Proven skill in prioritizing tasks, clarifying trade-offs, and following through to delivery and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills — capable of aligning diverse perspectives and maintaining momentum.
