This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and uphold dashboards in Metabase to monitor key performance indicators for each product segment.
• Collaborate with the data team to configure events and funnels in Mixpanel.
• Develop reusable analysis templates for both exploratory and post-launch validation purposes.
• Ensure that every feature deployed to production is equipped with appropriate tracking mechanisms prior to launch.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with the data team to prioritize product analytics requests.
• Establish and uphold Jira usage standards, including issue types, required fields, workflows, and boards specific to each product area.
• Document discovery and delivery processes, ensuring team knowledge remains current and accessible.
• Conduct periodic audits of Jira health and suggest enhancements to workflows.
• Assist the Product Manager in tracking progress and generating reports for stakeholders.
• Create and uphold product documentation standards, including PRDs, retrospectives, and decision logs.
• Prepare exploratory analyses that inform Product Owner prioritization.
• Establish benchmarks for user behavior prior to launching new initiatives.
• Monitor experiment outcomes and launch results, providing executive summaries for the team.
• Identify potential opportunities or risks in the data and proactively communicate them to the Product Manager and Product Owners.
• Prior experience on a product team as a Product Owner, product analyst, or product operations specialist.
• Proficiency in BI tools beyond Metabase, such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with additional product analytics tools, including Amplitude, Heap, and FullStory.
• Experience with documentation tools like Notion or Confluence.
• Background in a scaled environment with multiple concurrent product areas and teams.
