This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Folio Buy workflow from start to finish. Analyze the current process, pinpoint bottlenecks, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of where time and resources are allocated.
• Prioritize and define product enhancements. Navigate through the complexities of pain points and feature requests to establish P0/P1/P2 improvements for the setup experience, particularly focusing on a more streamlined onboarding process.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams. Work closely with the setup team on a daily basis to gather insights on what is functioning, what is failing, and where customers and suppliers encounter obstacles.
• Develop programmatic monitoring and tools. Create code (or vibe code) to automate manual tasks: streamline repetitive actions, design monitoring dashboards, and develop tools that provide the team with visibility into setup performance.
• Design and enhance internal procedures. Create improved playbooks, templates, and administrative workflows that minimize manual labor, ranging from supplier account setup sheets to bulk import processes.
• Assist in business development efforts to facilitate enhancements in the customer experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, product management, technical operations, or a related product role within a high-growth startup or SaaS organization.
• You are a technically adept, product-focused operator: analytical, dynamic, and capable of coding. You can navigate a convoluted process, identify the most impactful solutions, and execute them, including building the necessary tools yourself.
• You possess strong intuition for user experience and onboarding — you understand how to simplify workflows, minimize friction, and accelerate time-to-value.
• You are proficient with systems and tools: designing internal processes, creating playbooks, and enhancing administrative tools that support operational workflows. You excel in scoping and prioritizing tasks.
• You communicate effectively and can bridge the gap between operational teams ("this is broken") and engineering ("I’ve identified a potential solution that could reduce the time this step takes by Y days").
• You thrive in fast-paced environments; you are resourceful, proactive, and do not wait for others to resolve issues.
• Bonus points for: an engineering or technical background (comfortable reading code, drafting specifications, understanding system limitations).
• Experience with onboarding, implementation, or customer setup processes at a B2B SaaS company.
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or hospitality operations.
• Experience working with administrative tools, internal systems, or operational platforms.
• Experience in a Series A–B stage company.
• We operate as a remote-first company. Quarterly, we gather for in-person work sessions and stay at one of our hotel partners.
• Primarily, we use Google Meet, Linear, Notion, and Slack to facilitate decision-making and daily operations.
• You will have the chance to travel and meet our customers face-to-face.
• We are a small, collaborative team that holds daily stand-up meetings.
