This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the primary gateway for new Product Ops initiatives — prioritize them, determine resource allocation, and redirect those that do not align.
• Spearhead significant cross-team process transformations: design the framework, align stakeholders, and promote adoption.
• Oversee cross-team processes within the Product department (Product, Design, and Analytics) requiring central coordination — quarterly planning, goal breakdown, and metrics alignment.
• Create and sustain shared frameworks and artifacts (prioritization logic, metrics models, decision templates) that enhance clarity and consistency within the product team.
• Identify and escalate systemic process issues that necessitate cross-team or leadership-level resolutions.
• Propel AI automation of product workflows — pinpoint high-impact opportunities, develop or supervise solutions, measure against baselines, and determine what scales across the team.
• Manage Product Ops focus and workload: ensure the team concentrates on impactful initiatives rather than reactive distractions.
• Experience in process design. You have constructed or significantly enhanced operational processes within a product or tech setting. You think in systems rather than isolated tasks.
• Cross-functional influence. You excel at aligning individuals who do not report to you. You bring clarity to ambiguous scenarios and can facilitate decisions across teams.
• Metrics-driven mindset. You monitor adoption and satisfaction as diligently as any product team tracks conversion. You understand how to establish a baseline and measure change.
• Scalability-focused. You differentiate between resolving a one-time issue and creating something that the entire team can utilize. When both options exist, you inquire: will this remain effective when the team expands?
• Complete ownership of your domain. You are accountable for outcomes, not merely tasks. Blockers are your responsibility to address — not someone else’s.
• Proficiency in AI automation. You have utilized AI tools to automate workflows or processes — and you can discern where automation provides genuine leverage versus where it contributes noise.
• Fluent in English (C1+). Our team is diverse — while the product team operates in Russian, you will participate in daily English-language meetings and consistently engage with English documentation.
• Private medical insurance for the employee and their family.
• 23 paid vacation days annually.
• 11 paid public holidays each year.
• 5 company-paid sick leave days.
• English learning courses.
• Opportunities for relevant professional education.
• Access to a gym or swimming pool.
• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company provides support for purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.
• Co-working options.
• Remote working flexibility.
