This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Serve as the main entry point for new Product Ops initiatives — prioritize them, determine resource allocation, and redirect those that do not align.
• Spearhead significant cross-team process transformations: design the framework, align stakeholders, and drive adoption.
• Oversee cross-team processes within the Product department (Product, Design, and Analytics) that require central coordination — quarterly planning, goal breakdown, metrics alignment.
• Create and uphold shared frameworks and artifacts (prioritization logic, metrics models, decision templates) that enhance clarity and consistency throughout the product team.
• Recognize and escalate systemic process issues that necessitate cross-team or leadership decisions.
• Propel AI automation of product workflows — identify high-impact opportunities, build or oversee solutions, assess against baselines, and determine what can be scaled across the team.
• Manage the focus and workload of Product Ops: ensure the team is engaged in initiatives that make a significant impact, avoiding reactive distractions.
• Experience in process design. You have developed or significantly enhanced operational processes in a product or tech setting. You think in systems rather than isolated tasks.
• Cross-functional influence. You excel in aligning individuals who do not report to you. You bring clarity to ambiguous situations and can facilitate decisions across teams.
• Metrics-oriented. You monitor adoption and satisfaction with the same intensity that product teams track conversion. You understand how to establish a baseline and measure change.
• Focus on scalability. You can differentiate between resolving a one-time issue and creating something that the entire team can utilize. When both options are available, you consider: will this still function when the team doubles in size?
• Full accountability in your domain. You take ownership of outcomes, not merely tasks. Challenges are your responsibility to resolve — not someone else's.
• Proficiency in AI automation. You have utilized AI tools to automate workflows or processes — and can discern where automation delivers significant advantages versus where it generates unnecessary noise.
• Fluent in English (C1+). Our company is diverse — the product team communicates in Russian, but you will participate in daily English-language meetings and regularly work with English documentation.
• Stock options
• Private medical insurance for the employee and their family
• 20 paid vacation days per year
• 15 paid public holidays per year

• English learning courses
• Relevant professional education
• Gym or swimming pool access
• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company provides support for purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to establish a comfortable workspace
• Co-working opportunities
• Remote working options
