This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new Product Ops initiatives — prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and filter out those that are not suitable.
• Spearhead significant cross-team process transformations: establish the framework, align stakeholders, and facilitate adoption.
• Oversee cross-team processes within the Product department (Product, Design, and Analytics) where central coordination is essential — including quarterly planning, goal breakdown, and metrics alignment.
• Develop and sustain shared frameworks and artifacts (prioritization logic, metrics models, decision templates) that enhance clarity and consistency across the product team.
• Recognize and elevate systemic process issues that necessitate cross-team or leadership-level resolutions.
• Propel AI automation of product workflows — pinpoint high-leverage opportunities, construct or supervise solutions, measure against baselines, and determine what can be scaled across the team.
• Manage the focus and workload of Product Ops: ensure the team engages in activities that yield significant impact, rather than reactive distractions.
• Experience in process design. You have created or significantly enhanced operational processes in a product or technology setting. You approach challenges with a systems mindset, not a task-oriented one.
• Cross-functional influence. You possess the ability to align individuals who do not directly report to you. You bring clarity to uncertain situations and can drive decisions across various teams.
• Metrics-oriented. You monitor adoption and satisfaction with the same seriousness that any product team applies to tracking conversion. You understand how to establish a baseline and evaluate changes.
• Scalability mindset. You can differentiate between resolving a one-time issue and creating a solution that the entire team can utilize. When both options are available, you inquire: will this still be effective when the team doubles?
• Complete ownership of your area. You take responsibility for outcomes, not merely tasks. Any blockers are your responsibility to resolve — not someone else's.
• Proficiency in AI automation. You have utilized AI tools to streamline workflows or processes — and you can discern where automation offers genuine advantages versus where it may add noise.
• Fluent English (C1+). We have a diverse team — while the product team communicates in Russian, you will participate in English-language meetings daily and work extensively with English documentation.
• Private medical insurance for the employee and their family
• 22 paid vacation days per year
• Up to 14 paid public holidays annually
• 5 company-paid sick leave days
• English learning courses.
• Relevant professional education.
• Gym or swimming pool access.
• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company provides support for acquiring furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.
• Co-working space availability.
• Remote working options.
• €50 monthly allowance to cover internet and mobile phone expenses.
