This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as the main entry point for new Product Ops initiatives — prioritize them, allocate resources accordingly, and route those that do not align.
• Lead significant cross-team process transformations: establish the framework, engage stakeholders, and promote adoption.
• Oversee cross-team processes within the Product department (Product, Design, and Analytics) where centralized coordination is necessary — including quarterly planning, goal breakdown, and metrics alignment.
• Develop and sustain shared frameworks and artifacts (such as prioritization logic, metrics models, and decision-making templates) that enhance clarity and consistency across the product team.
• Detect and escalate systemic process issues that necessitate cross-team or leadership-level resolutions.
• Propel AI automation of product workflows — identify high-impact opportunities, create or supervise solutions, measure against established baselines, and determine what scales effectively across the team.
• Manage the focus and workload of Product Ops: ensure the team is engaged in impactful activities rather than reactive distractions.
• Experience in process design. You have developed or significantly enhanced operational processes in a product or technology setting. You think in terms of systems rather than individual tasks.
• Cross-functional influence. You possess the ability to align individuals who do not report to you. You provide clarity in uncertain situations and can facilitate decisions across teams.
• Metrics-oriented. You monitor adoption and satisfaction as diligently as any product team tracks conversion rates. You know how to establish a baseline and assess changes.
• Scalability mindset. You differentiate between resolving a one-time issue and creating a solution that can be utilized by the entire team. When both options exist, you consider: will this remain effective if the team expands?
• Complete ownership of your area. You accept responsibility for results, not just tasks. Any obstacles are yours to address — not someone else’s.
• Proficiency with AI automation. You have employed AI tools to streamline workflows or processes — and you can identify where automation provides genuine leverage versus where it adds unnecessary complexity.
• Fluent in English (C1+). We have a diverse team — although the product team communicates in Russian, you will participate in daily meetings conducted in English and frequently work with English documentation.
• 31 days of paid time off
• 100% covered telemedicine plan
• Assistance with home office setup
• English language learning courses
• Professional development budget
• Gym or swimming pool membership
• Co-working support
• Fully remote work
