This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Serve as the main point of entry for new Product Ops initiatives — prioritize them, determine resource allocation, and direct those that do not align.
• Spearhead significant cross-team process transformations: design the framework, coordinate stakeholders, and promote adoption.
• Oversee cross-team processes within the Product department (Product, Design, and Analytics) requiring central coordination — including quarterly planning, goal breakdown, and metrics alignment.
• Develop and sustain shared frameworks and artifacts (prioritization criteria, metrics models, decision templates) that enhance clarity and consistency across the product team.
• Recognize and escalate systemic process issues that necessitate cross-team or leadership-level resolutions.
• Propel AI automation of product workflows — pinpoint high-impact opportunities, construct or supervise solutions, measure against established baselines, and determine what can be scaled across the team.
• Manage the focus and workload of Product Ops: ensure the team concentrates on impactful initiatives rather than reactive distractions.
• Experience in process design. You have established or significantly enhanced operational processes within a product or technology setting. You approach problems with a systems mindset, rather than merely tasks.
• Ability to influence across functions. You excel at aligning individuals who do not report directly to you. You clarify ambiguous situations and can facilitate decisions across teams.
• Metrics-focused. You monitor adoption and satisfaction with the same rigor that any product team applies to conversion tracking. You know how to establish a baseline and evaluate changes.
• Scalability-oriented. You recognize the difference between resolving a one-time issue and creating solutions that the entire team can utilize. When both options are available, you question: will this remain effective as the team expands?
• Comprehensive ownership of your area. You accept responsibility for results, not just tasks. Any obstacles are your responsibility to address — not someone else's.
• Proficient in AI automation. You have utilized AI tools to streamline workflows or processes — and you can discern where automation provides substantial benefit versus where it adds unnecessary complexity.
• Proficient in English (C1+). Our team is diverse — while the product team operates in Russian, you will participate in daily English-language meetings and consistently work with English documentation.
• 31 days of paid time off
• 100% paid telemedicine plan
• Assistance with home office setup
• English language learning courses
• Professional education budget
• Gym or swimming pool membership
• Co-working support
• Fully remote work
