This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Acquiring a solid understanding of Talogy solutions along with the administrative functionalities of our platforms.
• Timely and professionally addressing client support requests to ensure satisfactory outcomes for all involved.
• Delivering technical assistance for assigned client projects.
• Managing service-oriented projects on Talogy platforms with minimal support.
• Assisting clients in utilizing their assessment and development solutions independently on Talogy platforms.
• Setting up new client accounts on Talogy platforms.
• Responding to calls and emails from clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) within the designated region.
• Following established processes for documenting client interactions and work.
• Strong IT skills with a quick aptitude for learning new systems and administrative portals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
• Previous experience in a client/customer service role is preferred, such as in call centers, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience in the talent management sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others, manage personal tasks, and drive assignments to completion.
