This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Facilitate structured product walkthroughs to analyze user journeys, pinpoint friction points, and establish a foundational understanding of funnel performance.
• Take ownership of user feedback monitoring—integrating insights from reviews, support, and research into actionable recommendations.
• Lead bug triage and resolution efforts in collaboration with the Engineering team, ensuring that quality issues are prioritized and efficiently resolved.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives—beginning with well-defined launches such as landing pages and compliance-driven features, and expanding based on your growth trajectory.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver thoughtful, high-quality user experiences that effectively balance speed, clarity, and trust.
• Contribute to A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design—nurturing the experimental mindset that characterizes exceptional growth Product Managers.
• Assist in translating ambiguous customer issues into clear hypotheses, requirements, and roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate with our engineering team based in China, maintaining daily overlap during China business hours to ensure seamless execution.
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations.
• Strong customer empathy: you consider user emotions and mental models, not just metrics.
• Exceptionally structured thinker: you deconstruct complex problems clearly and communicate with precision.
• Developing product and UX instincts: you can express why a flow works or doesn’t and are eager to improve in this area.
• Data-driven: you are comfortable forming and rigorously testing hypotheses through quantitative analysis.
• Willing to adjust working hours to ensure 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
