This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Manages customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to various Lendsqr products or services.
• Works alongside the product development team to identify and resolve product-related challenges and bugs.
• Observes and evaluates systems in place to offer proactive support.
• Produces relevant documentation and reports on issues escalated to customers.
• Analyzes product usage data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Creates and maintains product documentation, including manuals, user guides, and training resources.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide updates on product support initiatives.
• Aids in the development and execution of product support strategies and best practices.
• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in engineering or a related field.
• One year of professional experience as a customer support representative, product manager, product specialist, or in a similar role.
