Product Operations Manager, Margin Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee product operations pertaining to margin trading.

• Review, assess, and modify trading parameters within our backend portal related to Margin.

• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams whenever there are updates to trading parameters.

• Engage in the product lifecycle, facilitating operations and liaising with product and tech teams.

• Establish structured workflows and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitor and evaluate business demands and market trends, offering recommendations for comprehensive solutions and implementation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree along with up to 5 years of pertinent experience in trading-related positions.

• Comprehensive understanding of margin product logic with a strong awareness of risk; candidates with prior trading experience in financial products (e.g., Margin and Futures) are preferred.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities; a solid grasp of the financial and blockchain trading sectors.

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with a self-driven attitude and the capacity to learn swiftly.

• Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of performing efficiently under pressure.
