This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of budget planning and monitoring across Product, Engineering, and Design.

• Serve as the primary liaison with the Finance team regarding planning cycles, reporting, and financial procedures.

• Develop and organize business cases for executive or Board decision-making.

• Facilitate efficient, transparent, and compliant sourcing processes in close partnership with central Procurement.

• Keep a comprehensive overview of vendors, contracts, and external expenditures.

• Demonstrable experience in supporting senior executives within tech, fintech, or similarly intricate organizations.

• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in written communication.

• Ability to work independently and provide constructive feedback when necessary.

• Strong judgment, discretion, and capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure.

• A structured, composed, and proactive approach to work with high availability in real-time.
