Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Work remotely from anywhere in LATAM and the Philippines

• Collect requirements and business logic from diverse cross-functional stakeholders

• Establish acceptance criteria and define what "done" means for each feature

• Manage product launches from testing through to release

• Take ownership of post-launch measurement and feedback loops within the organization

• Leverage AI tools extensively to enhance productivity

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar execution-focused role in shipping software products

• Proven track record in creating requirements documentation and defining acceptance criteria for software features

• Proficient in using project and task management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana

• Daily demonstrable use of AI tools for writing documentation, synthesizing meeting notes, identifying action items, and automating workflows

• Experience collaborating directly with design and engineering teams on software development processes

• Background in shipping products primarily for operations or clinical staff as end users

• Experience in health tech, digital health, or clinical operations

• C1+ English (CEFR) proficiency for effective written and verbal communication across functions
