This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of launch readiness from start to finish.
• Facilitate launch readiness across all product and engineering workflows.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones, working backwards from the launch date.
• Establish readiness criteria and provide final go/no-go recommendations.
• Conduct weekly launch readiness meetings to monitor progress, highlight risks, and foster accountability.
• Assess the downstream effects of product launches on Operations workflows, ensuring all necessary documentation and process updates are completed.
• Track post-launch feedback, ensuring that any issues are addressed and lessons learned are documented.
• Collaborate closely with the existing Operations Enablement team.
• Partner directly with Product and Engineering Managers to gain insights into the roadmap and upcoming sprint activities.
• Analyze initiatives for their impact on users, administration, and internal operations, including potential effects on support volume.
• Convert technical tasks into comprehensible operational implications and requirements.
• Ensure that operational considerations are integrated early in the planning process, not just at the time of launch.
• Manage a consolidated Operations roadmap across CX, CS, Implementation, and TAM, providing a unified view of priorities.
• Develop a structured system to convert Operations requests into clearly defined problem statements and use cases.
• Measure impact (revenue, retention, efficiency, risk) and assist in prioritizing opportunities using analytical skills, leveraging Operations data such as CX ticket information and operational costs.
• Serve as the primary owner of the alignment between Operations and Product, clarifying trade-offs, sequencing, and anticipated business outcomes.
• Create launch runbooks to facilitate scalable go-live strategies as the organization expands.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product operations, project management, technical program management, or a related cross-functional role.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, preferably in a sprint-driven development setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong track record of leading initiatives from uncertainty to execution, demonstrating clear ownership and follow-through.
• Capability to translate technical product tasks into operational impacts for internal teams and customers.
• Experience in developing or enhancing processes, frameworks, or playbooks that scale effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence across teams.
