Product Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive mission effectiveness by leveraging our Special Activities and Information Operations offerings. Comprehend customer mission goals, identify methods to provide timely and relevant insights using our tools, and implement strategies accordingly.

• Extract insights from the data we produce, utilizing your geopolitical analysis expertise while employing AI/ML tools to scale operations and communicate findings in a relevant manner. Maintain a high standard of rigor in our deliverables.

• Experiment with innovative approaches to fulfill customer mission goals and enhance our operational workflows for managing our Special Activities and Information Operations products, which encompasses our tradecraft, vendor management, and technology integration.

• Facilitate impactful customer engagements, including mission demonstrations for potential clients and ongoing support for existing customers.

• Direct customer engagement is crucial for all team members, and you should anticipate some travel to customer sites (approximately 30%).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intelligence or geopolitical analysis, preferably with a background in data analysis software or customer success in defense/intelligence solutions.

• Profound knowledge of geopolitical dynamics and current global events.

• Proven capability to oversee operations involving multiple stakeholders and implement meaningful enhancements to operational processes.

• Preferred experience in national security analysis, polling/population data analysis, or expertise in media/social media.

• Active TS/SCI clearance is highly desirable.
