⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or related fields.

• Background in managing product releases within SaaS or platform companies.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing product team effectiveness and release quality.

• Strong operational mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including release management.

• Capability to align strategy with execution and launch.

• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in working with data, metrics, and dashboards.

• Focused on outcomes rather than merely shipping features.

• Advocate for clarity, readiness, and quality prior to release.

• Willing to challenge teams when a product is not ready for launch.

• Proactive in resolving issues instead of allowing flawed releases.

• Preferred: Experience in scaling product organizations, familiarity with tools such as Jira/Youtrack, product discovery tools, Notion, and experience with platform or AI-driven products.
