Product Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Requirements Definition & Backlog Management: Deliver essential artifacts, manage the backlog, and execute roadmap slicing.

• Feature Validation & QA Coordination: Conduct functional validation, manage defect triage, and provide UAT support.

• Release Tracking & Communication: Own the schedule, provide updates to stakeholders, prepare for rollouts, and facilitate cross-team communication.

• Compliance & Operational Metrics: Ensure alignment with GxP guidelines and monitor performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Agile software development environments, specifically as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar position.

• Technology: In-depth understanding of SQL, APIs, and JSON.

• LLMs: Familiarity with LLMs is essential, utilizing them to enhance daily activities is crucial.

• Domain Exposure: Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare workflow settings.

• Life Sciences and GxP: Direct knowledge of GxP compliance guidelines and validated software environments is highly desirable.

• Technical Writing: Demonstrated ability to craft structured user stories, non-functional requirements (e.g., browser/resolution support), validation rules, and acceptance criteria.

• Execution Focus: Strong organizational capabilities with a proven history of managing a backlog, addressing daily development blockers, and validating technical deliverables.
