This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Ensure transparency across ongoing product initiatives, roadmap commitments, strategic projects, and significant enhancements.

• Monitor the progress of initiatives and keep precise updates on the roadmap status.

• Record changes to the roadmap, key decisions, dependencies, risks, and action items.

• Assist in providing stakeholders with insights into forthcoming initiatives, timelines, and modifications.

• Support Product leadership in roadmap planning activities and communications.

• Track product goals, objectives, key initiatives, and action items effectively.

• Oversee progress against commitments and identify areas needing attention.

• Prepare status updates, reports, dashboards, and planning documents for Product leadership.

• Help ensure product initiatives are in line with company priorities and planned objectives.

• Foster visibility and transparency across product initiatives and organizational goals.

• Coordinate efforts among Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication concerning priorities, releases, roadmap alterations, dependencies, and action items.

• Follow up on commitments, outstanding tasks, and recognized blockers.

• Ensure stakeholders stay informed and aligned on product initiatives.

• Raise concerns, delays, or risks when necessary.

• Assist in release planning activities across teams.

• Maintain awareness of release schedules, readiness requirements, and dependencies.

• Coordinate internal communication and planning for rollouts.

• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure successful feature releases.

• Prepare teams for upcoming workflow changes and product enhancements.

• Keep planning documents, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and product documentation up to date.

• Document key decisions, action items, and outcomes from planning and product discussions.

• Strive to enhance Product team processes, communication, and operational consistency.

• Identify chances to boost visibility, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

• Support ongoing improvement of Product operational processes and team workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, Project Management, Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a related field.

• Strong organizational capabilities with a knack for managing multiple initiatives, deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to follow-through.

• Ability to track, organize, and relay information across various stakeholders and teams.

• Experience in maintaining project plans, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, or similar planning documents.

• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership teams.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup atmosphere.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a readiness to take ownership of tasks and results.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence for initiative tracking, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.

• **Nice to Have**

• Experience in healthcare, IDD services, assisted living, long-term care, or medication management sectors.

• Experience supporting software product organizations.

• Experience in tracking goals, projects, roadmaps, or strategic initiatives.

• Familiarity with planning, project management, or collaboration tools.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other product development methodologies.

• Experience with operationally complex software platforms.
