This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with product leads to facilitate roadmap planning, sprint cadence, and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring inputs are organized and progress is maintained.
• Create planning documents, status reports, and meeting summaries for senior stakeholders, converting discussions into concise written records.
• Uphold product operations standards in Jira — including boards, workflows, and reporting — and assist in implementing prioritization frameworks such as RICE or weighted scoring.
• Develop and sustain straightforward dashboards and spreadsheets that provide product leaders with insights into delivery, velocity, and essential product metrics.
• Assist in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and aid product leads in preparing and following up on action items.
• Utilize Claude and other AI tools to enhance routine tasks — summarizing meetings, drafting documents, analyzing data, and creating simple internal automations.
• Recognize process gaps and proactively establish your own role and workflows instead of waiting for guidance.
• At least 1 year of experience in product, operations, business analysis, or a similar role; recent graduates with significant internships are encouraged to apply.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; backgrounds in business, analytics, information systems, or technical disciplines are advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — required for drafting planning documents, status reports, and meeting summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail; adept at managing inputs from multiple product leads without losing track.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with spreadsheets, creating basic dashboards, and learning prioritization frameworks (RICE, weighted scoring).
• A self-starter who excels in uncertain situations; willing to outline their own role and processes rather than waiting for direction.
