Product Operations Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enabling strategic decision-making by leveraging business analysis to guide recommendations and collaborating across departments to facilitate execution.

• Overseeing operational reporting, analytics, and business insights for relevant departments (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).

• Partnering with Product Managers to track key performance indicators.

• Identifying factors and opportunities to steer the business towards improved and proactive decision-making.

• Streamlining processes to enhance decision-making at scale.

• Playing a vital role in shaping the future of our Product Operations function through the creation of business cases and ROI analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exhibit proficiency in corporate strategy, product strategy, financial strategy, or a comparable role through relevant professional experience.

• Possess an understanding of cloud and data center concepts, as well as content distribution (CDN) and associated technologies.

• Have advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL query syntax.

• Demonstrate experience with data visualization and analysis tools, operate systems with minimal supervision, and develop basic dashboards.
