This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Takes ownership of assigned workstreams and independently develops client-ready visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau with minimal supervision.
• Collaborates with various stakeholders across different instruments and workstreams to deliver expertise in data management.
• Offers structured guidance to junior team members, assisting them in understanding tools, logical flows, and standard operational practices.
• Creates reusable capabilities and templates that enhance team efficiency and scalability, ensuring thorough documentation across service lines.
• Analyzes data utilizing tools like SQL, Alteryx, and Databricks.
• Designs and implements new benchmarking survey instruments, including evaluating data requirements and crafting primary research surveys along with sample specifications.
• Addresses inquiries from onshore teams or clients regarding data and insights.
• Converts intricate technical concepts such as screener logics, dashboard workflows, and research methodologies into clear explanations for internal teams and client-facing discussions.
• Provides continuous support for subscription clients, including additional data segments and prompt responses to inquiries about data/methodology.
• Assists in commercialization efforts by conducting data-driven analyses for proposals, creating custom outputs, and leading product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Graduate or post-graduate from a prestigious institution or have completed a statistical/analytical course from a top-tier university.
• Focused in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research.
• Over 2 years of experience in areas related to Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics.
• Practical experience in managing comprehensive customer surveys, data analysis, and visualizations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau, demonstrating strong skills in dashboard design, interactivity, and performance enhancement.
• Proven expertise in using Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, and validation at scale.
• Skilled in applying statistical and data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights from customer feedback and survey data.
• Comfortable with SQL and Python (preferred), particularly for tasks involving data manipulation, automation, or analytics.
