This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Assume responsibility for market research initiatives, encompassing market sizing, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation, and deliver findings along with actionable recommendations.
β’ Spearhead the preparation of Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities, which include surveys, interviews, and analysis, and compile customer insights for inclusion in product roadmaps.
β’ Create business cases, presentations, and dashboards that support strategic discussions and portfolio planning.
β’ Assist in the execution of yearly marketing and product plans, making independent contributions to designated projects.
β’ Work collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of critical projects.
β’ Implement commercialization processes for new products, pricing promotions, and financial strategies.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Research & Development, Sales, Service, Finance, Manufacturing, and Marketing both domestically and internationally to support product portfolio expansion and commercialization.
β’ Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
β’ Preferred experience in product management and/or marketing leadership.
β’ Familiarity with the analytical and/or industrial instrumentation sector is preferred.
β’ Prior experience with air quality and process gas instrumentation is advantageous.
β’ Experience in a global work environment is preferred.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within a matrixed organization.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
β’ Basic financial and business insights are preferred.

β’ Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
β’ Ability to influence within a matrixed environment and ensure accountability to deadlines.

β’ Must currently reside near and be able to collaborate with the Madison, WI or Tewksbury, MA locations.

β’ Must be able to pass a thorough background check, including a drug screening.
