This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee complete product launches from crafting positioning and messaging through ensuring sales readiness and subsequent iterations post-launch.
• Manage the launch calendar, synchronize cross-functional deliverables, and ensure stakeholders adhere to established timelines.
• Create product-specific messaging frameworks tailored to different personas and use cases.
• Keep an updated competitive analysis using Gong data and market indicators, providing ongoing updates to sales, product teams, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain battlecards, materials for competitive positioning, and guides for handling objections.
• Leverage Gong insights to identify buyer language and deal trends.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for sales regarding product, positioning, and competitive inquiries.
• Monitor and report on launch readiness and the adoption of enablement, including asset usage, sales feedback, and time to productivity.
• 5–6 years of experience in product marketing within the enterprise B2B SaaS sector.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of lengthy sales cycles and intricate buying committees.
• Demonstrated capability to manage product launches or enablement programs from start to finish with a significant degree of independence.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong or equivalent conversation intelligence tools.
• Experience with Letter.ai or similar AI-driven content/messaging tools is advantageous.
• Proficient in reviewing call recordings, extracting buyer language and objection trends, and translating these insights into positioning and enablement materials.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical product details into clear narratives for buyers and sales assets.
• Comfort in a dynamic, high-growth environment where structures are still being developed.
• Must reside on the U.S. East Coast; preference for candidates located outside the New York City metropolitan area.
• Salary range of $135,000–$145,000 USD.
