This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist in the implementation, documentation, and analysis of product marketing strategies within Sezzle's consumer-facing ecosystem.
• Review and document current product marketing systems, which include transactional emails, lifecycle touchpoints, and messaging frameworks.
• Develop clear, reusable documentation that enables product marketing efforts to scale beyond a single individual.
• Organize and maintain reference materials utilized by Product Marketing, MarComms, and Lifecycle teams.
• Aid in the execution of scheduled marketing tests (e.g., SMS, transactional messaging, lifecycle optimizations).
• Support the operationalization of A/B tests by validating target audiences, messaging variations, and success metrics.
• Monitor ongoing tests and compile results, focusing on user engagement, app behavior, and repeat usage.
• Analyze user feedback from sources such as NPS and in-app feedback tools to uncover recurring themes, pain points, and opportunities.
• Extract insights from existing dashboards and reports to assist in updating growth strategies.
• Convert raw data into concise summaries for Product and Marketing stakeholders.
• Help refresh growth strategy documentation by validating data, insights, and current messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to verify what is currently active and what insights have been gained.
• Conduct competitive, feature-by-feature research to understand the positioning and design of similar products.
• Assist with ad hoc partner requests by retrieving historical activations, documentation, or summaries.
• Ensure that external-facing materials are accurate, clear, and well-organized.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business, Product, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and transforming loose direction into actionable next steps.
• Ability to analyze basic datasets and recognize patterns or themes.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Previous internship or coursework relevant to marketing, product, research, or operations (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing concepts, experimentation, or user journeys (Nice to Have).
• Experience with tools such as spreadsheets, dashboards, or documentation platforms (Nice to Have).
• Interest in fintech, consumer applications, or e-commerce (Nice to Have).
