This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and sustain a distinctive positioning for GetResponse's ecommerce offerings. Convert product features into customer value that connects with online store owners and ecommerce marketers.
• Strategize and implement go-to-market plans for new ecommerce features, overseeing the process from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization. You will manage the launch narrative, schedule, assets, and cross-functional collaboration. You define and execute the program.
• Manage outbound product communications including monthly product update emails, ad-hoc announcements, and in-app messaging flows. You will consider the entire user journey—how users perceive and interact with the tool, not just the external messaging.
• Conduct user interviews and perform market and competitive research on a consistent basis. Distill your findings into actionable insights that refine positioning, guide product decisions, and enhance value communication.
• Design and execute ongoing adoption campaigns throughout the year, creating a continuous program that educates users, drives activation milestones, and generates insights that inform positioning and product decisions.
• Collaborate with content and lifecycle teams to develop educational and conversion-focused materials such as webinars, video tutorials, use case guides, and landing pages. You will be on camera as part of this role.
• Work alongside lifecycle and growth teams to ensure that the right message reaches the right user at the right time. Carefully consider users' journeys, what motivates them to reach their next activation goal, and utilize testing to achieve better outcomes.
• This position operates at the intersection of Product, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Web, and Sales. Your ability to facilitate collaboration across these teams without formal authority is crucial.
• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of the ecommerce landscape, including platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento; marketing automation tools; and a merchant mindset. This experience may be derived from agency roles, in-house ecommerce, or direct product marketing management experience.
• Proven capability to independently manage and deliver marketing programs, rather than merely contributing to them.
• Experience in creating customer-facing content and materials (not limited to internal documentation).
• Comfortable appearing on camera, as webinars, video tutorials, and recorded demonstrations are integral to this role.
