This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Lead the creative production process for direct response, designing and executing impactful video advertisements, engaging motion graphics, and visually appealing static image assets specifically tailored for Meta and TikTok platforms.

• Implement a sophisticated aesthetic and strong creative vision to ensure all assets consistently represent premium consumer brand identities.

• Uphold visual uniformity, clear typography, and a high-production quality across each frame.

• Creative Strategy & Ideation Develop authentic creative concepts, compelling hooks, angles, and psychological visual triggers customized for targeted consumer personas.

• Generate content that is localized and optimized to appeal to UK and European consumer brands and audiences.

• Remain proactively informed about TikTok trends, Meta algorithm preferences, and evolving digital consumer behaviors.

• Data Analysis & Iteration Analyze post-campaign creative data and analytics to deliver clear, actionable insights regarding the performance of specific assets, identifying factors behind underperformance or successful conversions.

• Participate in and implement intricate creative testing frameworks, quickly iterating on hooks, messaging structures, visual formats, and calls to action.

• Mitigate ad fatigue by systematically creating multiple variations of established successful concepts.

• AI Workflow Optimization Integrate advanced generative AI tools into your daily production processes to enhance ideation, expedite asset variation, and improve editing efficiency.

• Leverage AI to scale creative output while maintaining the quality, authenticity, and premium standards of the final brand assets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, creative strategy, or paid social creative production.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing high-converting paid media creatives for consumer product eCommerce brands, particularly in sectors such as beauty, wellness, health, fashion, or jewelry.

• Expert-level proficiency in traditional editing and motion design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), alongside advanced usage of creative AI tools.

• Experience collaborating with UK/European-based brands, companies, or target consumer demographics.

• Strong grasp of performance marketing, direct-response principles, and the ability to analyze retention curves or creative metrics effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a keen eye for high aesthetic standards.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, transforming raw briefs and data into outstanding visual executions without the need for constant guidance.
