Paid Media Buyer – DTC, E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Implement paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, encompassing campaign setup, audience targeting, and ongoing management for e-commerce clients.

• Oversee budgets and make daily optimization choices under the broad strategic guidance of client leadership.

• Pause and modify underperforming ads utilizing platform data in conjunction with the client's custom data sets.

• Evaluate performance in relation to incremental and first-party attribution frameworks, rather than relying solely on platform-reported metrics.

• Record workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with sufficient detail for handoff and progressive automation.

• Collaborate with client leadership and engineering teams on AI tools being developed for the media buying process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok — focusing on execution rather than just strategic oversight.

• Strong analytical capabilities beyond standard platform metrics, with comfort in working with custom data sets and incrementality-based indicators.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities may change rapidly.

• A tendency to adopt new tools and methodologies instead of relying on a static playbook.

• Willingness to experiment with AI tools and incorporate them into daily workflows.

• Excellent documentation practices, with the ability to communicate your processes clearly enough for others or systems to replicate.

• Proficient written English skills, as collaboration primarily occurs asynchronously.
