Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop unique positioning and messaging tailored for various security buyers, ranging from guard company operators to corporate security directors.

• Take full ownership of launch execution, encompassing launch strategies, assets, cross-functional readiness, and analysis of post-launch outcomes.

• Provide Sales and Customer Success teams with essential enablement materials, including presentations, demonstrations, battlecards, and objection handling resources.

• Monitor adoption rates and launch performance while collaborating on Pendo in-app guidance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct voice-of-customer research to validate messaging and relay insights back to the Product team.

• Manage the go-to-market strategy for the TrackTik, GuardTek, and Silvertrac product suite.

• Act as the product's representative in the marketplace and ensure that market feedback is relayed within the Product team.

• Lead the execution of wave-based release launches, from translating the roadmap to positioning, messaging, sales enablement, adoption, and revenue results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.

• A demonstrated history of managing launches from messaging to adoption.

• Outstanding writing abilities.

• Capability to lead cross-functional projects through influence.

• Comfort with a rapid release schedule.

• Proficient in making data-driven go-to-market decisions.

• Experience with Pendo in-app guidance and KPI tracking.
