This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the product marketing strategy to guarantee successful launches and ongoing brand development.
• Take ownership of product readiness in North America for significant tentpole and booster marketing events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-brand execution.
• Identify and suggest products for public relations, influencer partnerships, and campaign opportunities.
• Supervise the implementation of marketing strategies throughout product launches.
• Partner with Creative, Content, Product, Operations, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure launch readiness and retail growth.
• Monitor timelines, product availability, execution milestones, risks, and necessary adaptations.
• Define focus SKUs, assist in photoshoot planning, and deliver finalized marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with licensor partners, including approvals and go-to-market strategies.
• Present company-wide on forthcoming product marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the North America Portfolio Lead and Global Portfolio on product development and modifications.
• Analyze and report on product launch performance utilizing Tableau.
• Maintain Asana as the official Product Marketing system of record.
• Ensure Salsify product data is current and accurate.
• Address roadblocks, risks, and issues related to products, processes, and tools.
• Connect initiatives, stakeholders, and processes to promote alignment and efficiency.
• Oversee and mentor a Product Marketing Coordinator.
• Located in the US East Coast or Central Time Zone.
• Enthusiasm for early childhood entertainment and education.
• Demonstrated experience in product marketing, preferably within the toy, entertainment, or consumer goods sectors.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring or managing a direct report.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Content teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities; detail-oriented and process-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Google Suite, and Miro.
